One crew,
from flight to final nail.
Every job starts with the survey. After that it is whatever the photographs say the roof needs, and nothing they do not.

Roof surveys
A twenty-minute drone flight, a measured report and a fixed price within two working days.

Leak repairs
Most leaks start at a valley, a vent or a wall. We find the entry point before anything is lifted.

Full replacement
Strip to the deck, new underlayment and ice barrier, and a roof laid by our own crew.

Ridges and flashing
Ridge caps, step flashing, chimney crickets and the small metal parts that keep water moving.

Gutters and eaves
Seamless aluminium gutters, fascia and drip edge, pitched to drain rather than to look level.

Storm response
Same-day cover after wind or hail, with photographs your insurer will accept.
01
We fly it
Twenty minutes over the house. Nobody sets foot on the roof.
02
We measure it
Every plane, ridge and valley, accurate to the inch.
03
We look closely
Cracked, slipped and lifted shingles, each one photographed and located.
04
You get the report
The photographs, the measurements and one fixed price. Yours to keep, whoever does the work.
Questions,
answered plainly.
If yours is not here, call 401 555 0142. A roofer answers, not a call centre.
Do I have to be home for the survey?
No. We need access to the yard and about twenty minutes of dry daylight. You get a text when the drone goes up and another when it lands.
How accurate are the measurements?
Within one percent on area and half an inch on length for a typical house. We check the first survey of every roof type against a tape.
What does the survey cost?
$180 for a house up to 3,500 sq ft. If you go ahead with any work over $1,500, the fee comes off the bill.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The only extra we ever charge is for rotten decking we could not see, at $85 a sheet, and we show you the photographs first.
Can you fly near the airport?
Most of Providence is controlled airspace. Our pilots are certified and we file the authorisation for every flight. It usually comes back in minutes.
Do you work in winter?
We survey all year. We replace roofs when it is above 40°F, which in a normal year means March to early December.
Twenty minutes in the air.
$180 survey
Taken off the bill if we do the work.
