How we find it
Most leaks start at a change of direction: a valley, a wall, a chimney or a pipe. The survey shows us all of them at once, and a lower pass shows which one has failed.
How we fix it
We open only what we need to, replace the failed part and the underlayment beneath it, and close it in materials that match. Then we run a hose over it for fifteen minutes.
