The report is yours to keep

A survey is the first thing we do on every roof and the only thing we do on some. It tells you what is up there, what it needs and what that will cost, before anyone sets a ladder against the house.

What happens on the day

A pilot arrives, checks the airspace and flies the roof in overlapping passes at about 125 ft. Lower passes follow over anything that looks wrong. You do not need to be home; we only need to reach the yard.

What you receive

A report with the roof drawn plane by plane, each one measured, and every defect photographed and pinned to where it sits. The price on the last page is the price you pay.

What it costs

$180 for a house up to 3,500 sq ft, and $60 for each further 1,000 sq ft. If you go ahead with work over $1,500, the fee comes off the bill.
